ICMP-typer och ICMP-koder till iptables

Till iptables går det att ange ICMP-typer och ICMP-koder som tal på formen ICMP-typ/ICMP-kod eller med ICMP-typernas och ICMP-kodernas namn på formen ICMP-typ/ICMP-kod.
