The Grey Infantry is an Expansion for Chronicle X, which contains 10 models, 10 corresponding Blip Tokens, and an Alien Type card. The type of aliens in this expansion is the same as the Greys in the Core Box, so this just provides more of them.

"Greys" are an Alien Type that can make up an Alien Unit. They are one of the five Alien Types included in the Core Box.
