	wiztool - about tools for wizards

DEWSCRIPTION
	A wiztool is an object that allows a wizard to have certain commands.
	The standard wiztool is the one called wizsoul, placed in
	/obj/wiztool.c. This is the only wiztool the Admin supports and the
	only one you can count on. There are however several other wiztools
	around, most notable is the shell, it is supported by Profezzorn and
	is an extremly good wiztool since it contains everything you will ever
	need.

NOTE
	Creating your own wiztool might sound tempting. Do not do that, make a
	module to the shell instead, as wiztools tend to be CPU amd meory hogs.
