What HogWash is about

HogWash walks through all loaded programs and forces them, all of them, to swap themselves out to disk, leaving as much physical RAM as possible free.

Of course, swapping them back in will be slow, but the first program you start to run, will have a better chance of getting as much physical RAM as it can lay it's hands on!
