Level 0 ability: Government Contracts: after the mission, Pentagon can swap a single Resource token for any other single Resource token of your choice.
Level 1 ability: Alien Combat Training: gains +1 to your Melee Combat Value for every friendly model that is adjacent to Pentagon's target.
Level 2 ability: Psi Hunter Tommy Gun: can make Shoot Attack without Line of Sight. This ignores the bonus and penalties of Green Squares and Red Squares.
