NAME
	_query_ident - get the user identifier

SYNOPSIS
	string _query_ident(void|object)

DESCRIPTION
	Returns the user identifier as returned by the Identification Server
	Protocol (se RFC931 or later revisions for more information about the
	protocol) for the current or specified player object.

	If an argument is specified, then this function can only be called
	by wizards of exalted level or higher; otherwise it will return 0.
