	tell - tell somebody something

SYNOPSIS
	tell  
	tell  

DESCRIPTION
	The message 'what' will be told to 'who' only; none else will hear it
	(but beware that there is no privacy on the net nor in MUD). It does
	not matter where the receipient is in the game. The use of tell costs
	5 SP.

	You can also use tell to multiple people; this acts as a limited shout
	to a select number of people. The cost is 5 SP per target.

EXAMPLES
	tell foo Hi!
	tell foo,fuu,fii Hi!

NOTE
	There are commas but no space between the names of the receipients in
	a multitell.
	Use tell rather than shout, as excessive shouting is a nuisance.
