SYNOPSIS
	shout 

DESCRIPTION
	The message will be displayed to all players everywhere in the game,
	including all wizards. This is to be used ONLY in EMERGENCIES after
	all other means of trying to get help has failed. Abuse of this power
	will be followed by a temporary removal of your shout ability. For
	repeated offenses, your char might be punished, wiped or your site
	banned.

NOTE
	Use guild lines as first channel to ask for help.
	Use club lines as second channel to ask for help.
	Use tells to friends as third channel to ask for help.
	Use tells to others as fourth channel to ask for help.
	Use the traders club line for trading.
