PGP keysigning party

I hosted a keysigning party after the annual members meeting of the Lysator Academic Computer Society which was held on May 2, 2002. This page displays the keyring as it looked before the party, during the process of signing the keys, and how it looks now that all signatures are in.

More information is available in Swedish, but that information is only relevant to the participants of the keysigning event.

The ring

The keyring is available for download. It contains the PGP keys of several members of Lysator.

The result

The web-of-trust within this group of persons looked like this before the event:
.

At 2002-05-02 23:30, an hour or two after the event took place, several signatures had already been made. The web looked like this:
.

At 2002-05-03 08:15, more signatures were made:
.

At 2002-05-03 16:30, there were only three persons left:
.

At 2002-05-03 18:30, the web of trust was complete:
.

The images on this page were created with (old versions of) sig2dot and neato. neato complained about not finding some fonts, so the misplacement of the charactes is probably my fault.
