Claudio Berni

Born in Milan (Italy) on January 28, 1964, where he attended the State Art School for two years. He then moved to the State Art Institute (which also offers courses of graphics and design), finishing his studies with 60/60. After this he collaborated with different publishing and graphics studios, while following a long training in illustration at his father's studio.

He then worked freelance full time for different advertising agencies, and as a freelance illustrator.

He has made front cover books for the most important Italian publishers: Harlequin, Mondadori, Club degli Editori, Euroclub, Sperling & Kupferl, etc.

He paints front covers for the series "URANIA FANTASY" and others publications.

Since 1993 he has also used a Macintosh to realize computer graphics, and collaborate on different CD based games projects. He now works permanently with the European Consulting Group for multimedia CD game projects, while still working as a freelance illustrator.
