COMMAND
	emote - give a message to the environment, prepended with your name

SYNOPSIS
	emote 

DESCRIPTION
	Give a message 'string' to everyone in the environment. Your name will
	be prepended to the string. Be careful with the use of this command, as
	it can easily be used to make it look like things happen that does not.
	Never use it to confuse the players. 

NOTE
	People have been demoted for mis-use of this command.
	It is great for those interested in mud-sex (go get the real thing).
