INFO
sponsor - the Sponsor system on NannyMUD

DESCRIPTION

All wizards of level 25 can, and _must_ take sponsees. Failure
to do so might result in downgrading.
The sponsor is there to teach the new wizard how to create on
NannyMUD. This means that the sponsor must have time available for
tutoring, and also usually be on at the times when the sponsee usually
is. It will help if both the sponsor and the sponsee is in the
same global time zone, speak the same native langauge etc. A sponsor
can have up to 5 sponsees at a time, but having more than 3 is
	not recommended.

The sponsor is supposed to be able to:
+ instruct the sponsee in LPC, the creating language.
+ show the sponsee where to find help texts.
+ show the sponsee where to find the docs.
+ instill a feeling for what the level is in Nanny, in terms
of numeric values for stats of objects in the game.
+ giving the sponsee tasks for the sponsee to become a full
	  wizard.
+ check those tasks and upgrade the sponsee.
+ supporting the sponsee in making a high quality area, and
	  getting it up and open.

The sponsor responsibilities ends when the new wizard has an
	open area.
The sponsor and sponsee can also end their relationship before
this, if they can find another sponsor for the sponsee.

The sponsor can severe the relationship if he has a valid
reason for doing so. Such reasons include, but is not limited to, the
	following:
+ the sponsee goes inactive and stops logging in at all.
+ the sponsee stops working towards an open area.
        + the sponsee is demoted.

To make it easier for the sponsor to perform his duties, he is
given the ability to snoop wizards.
There is also a tool, used for upgrading the sponsee. Clone it
	from /local/sponsortool.c
