COMMAND
	mkdir - make a directory

SYNOPSIS
	mkdir 

DESCRIPTION
	Create a new directory as per 'path'. The usual path expansion is done
	on the given path. Usually, one wish to create a new directory in the
	current directory, then a simple name will suffice.

NOTE
	Not everyone can do everything everywhere in the file structure.
