	heal - heal a living

SYNOPSIS
	heal 

DESCRIPTION
	This command heals the living 'name'. Both hit points and spell points
	are restored to max values. The use of this command is restricted as
	per the RULES (/doc/RULES/*.r). Using this to heal mortals apart from
	your test character will probably result in an instant demote.
