The help system works just like a filesystem, with / being the top, and
categories named like file paths.

Here are some examples of commands. These examples cover everything you can
currently do inside ihelp.

			: Move one step up in the help system.
L			: Show the current help page again.
q, Q			: Quit Ihelp.
?, help			: Show a brief list of commands.
a , apropos 	: Do an apropos  search in the entire help system.
/			: Move to the top of the ihelp system.
/clubs/traders		: Read the help page for the traders club.
/clubs			: Read the index page for clubs.
a tell			: Do an apropos search for "tell".
a info			: Do an apropos search for "info" - note that in this
			  case, we got multiple hits, and all the hits are
			  displayed.
