NAME
	m_delete - remove an index from a mapping

SYNOPSIS
	mapping m_delete(mapping map, mixed index)

DESCRIPTION
	Create a new mapping from 'map' without the index 'index'.
	If the mapping does not have an emtry with the index 'index',
	a copy of the mapping 'map' is returned.
