COMMAND
	toggle - set/reset some status settings

SYNOPSIS
	toggle [argument]

DESCRIPTION
	The command will toggle various variables in the game. If no argument
	is given, the current toggle status is shown. If the status is on for
	an argument, echo will be done for that variable, else not.

	List of status variables:
		say 	- toggle say echo	
		shout 	- toggle shout echo	
		tell 	- toggle tell echo	
		whisper	- toggle whisper echo	
		abrief	- toggle autosave hide mode	
		brief 	- toggle brief mode
		oshort	- toggle obvious exits in short on and off
		wimpy	- toggle wimpy mode
	        shape   - toggle shape mode

NOTE
	'wimpy' is somewhat different and is toggled with
		toggle wimpy [percent of hp].
