Tianruo Yang is a graduate student at the Embedded Systems Laboratory (ESLAB) of Department of Computer and Information Science at Linköping University. His current research interests include High-Level Test Synthesis for Digital Systems, Design for Testability (DFT), High-Level Synthesis for Low Power Design.
