This tile set replaces the traditional chinese symbols on the Mah Jongg tiles with places, objects, characters and runes from The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings.

Personal evaluation: Certainly not done by a professional artist, but kind of cute anyway. There are unfortunately far too many rune tiles, making the set rather boring.
