Comments: Large area to explore, with a fairly developed parser, you could order NPCs about (with varying success) and give items to them, making them use weapons against other NPCs. At one stage you could free some monsters from a prison cell, and duly command them as a personal army. The nice thing about the game was the randomness, NPCs came and left on their own agendas, making each game somewhat different.
