   within the elf.
 - Once deemed untrustworthy the mystic vine will reject you and you shall
   no longer be joined. You will lose name and house.

Eil-Galaith was formed from the Wise coming together and casting a spell for
guidance for the elven population restoration. What occurred is three elves
were called together. Junil, Dromadus, Mateo. Each to provide what was needed
to bring the elven race together.

The guild accepts all elves of good align to join them. So even if an elf has
an established history in a different land other than Khalakhor they are still
accepted and acknowledged. They join guild in the joinroom.c by choosing a
surname. They may become half-elf along with choosing a surname. Humans, too,
may join, becoming half-elf in the process.
