Nemo saltat sobrius

"Nemo saltat sobrius" is latin, meaning "no-one dances sober".
This is a cut-down (cripple-ware :) version of the classic quote which reads "Nemo enim fere saltat sobrius, nisi forte insanit", which (of course) means "no-one dances sober, unless he is completely insane"!
