What is the THX Home Cinema Buyers Guide about?
When I first started looking for THX classified products I found that it was hard obtaining information about them. Sure I could from the official THX web site obtain a list of all certified products, but from there it's a long road to finding the specification..and more importantly, if the current owners of a specific product is happy with it.
That's what the THX Home Cinema Buyers Guide is going to try to correct. On this site you will find a searchengine that easily lets you find information about a THX certified product. It will give you the specifications of the product, but even more importanly it will tell you what the owners of the product are thinking about it. This is done in two ways, first there is a voting system, rated 1 (worst) -> 10 (best). Average is computer and shown, as well as how many votes that have been cast on that product. You can also read comments given by the users and owners of the product.
With a little bit of luck, the THX Home Cinema Buyers Guide, will become the number one resource for THX product information. And with the exception of actually going down to a store and listen to the product in action, I hope it will become a site that really helps people decide what product to buy.
