Manshots: Did you go to the movies a lot when you were a little boy?
Paulik: Not often - not more than once a month.
Manshots: Were there any movie stars that you liked particularly?
Paulik: James Bond. Sean Connery, Jean-Paul Belmondo, Steve McQueen - guys from action films, which impressed me, because they were big men.
Manshots: Did you ever think that you would like to make movies?
Paulik: Never.
Manshots: When you were little, did you like being the center of attention?
Paulik: It was very flattering. I enjoyed it.
Manshots: When you were little, did people tell you you were very pretty?
Paulik: (Laughing) My mother was very religious and did not encourage that kind of thing. I don't remember, but everybody tells me I was a very sweet little kid. When I was really small, the real trouble was they mistook me for a little girl quite often, till I was five or six. Later on, it didn't happen again. So I suppose I was good-looking - contrary to Lukas, who was fat and ugly. (Laughter)
Manshots: As you grew older, did you like looking at yourself in the mirror?
Paulik: I wouldn't watch myself for my looks. I would rather watch my genitals - how the hair grows and if it happens, something like that. And of course, later on, I was in dance clubs, so we were using mirrors where we were dancing to watch ourselves. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to learn as much.
Manshots: Do you think you're good-looking?
Paulik: First, I would say I would worship someone else better. Then I would say, "I don't think I look bad." Then I would say, "I think I'm average."
Manshots: What do you think is your best feature?
Paulik: I am not sure what to say. I would like to have better body, and I have to go to the gym because I would like to be more muscular. I couldn't afford it while I was dancer. As far as other people, I think they like most my eyes.
Manshots: What do you like least about yourself?
Paulik: (Laughs) I think that's funny. I would like to have lot bigger dick. That's true - at least thirty centimeters, which is twelve inches.
Manshots: Do you remember the earliest times that you began to pay attention to your cock?
Paulik: I was about thirteen, fourteen years old when I began to jack off.
Manshots: When did you first hear about jacking off?
Paulik: I knew it existed from videos, and my friends would tell me how it works, so I tried it for the first time in my life in bathtub. The funny thing about it was that there was all this pleasant sensation, but there was no cum coming out at all.

Manshots: Tell me about going to school in your country.
Duroy: It's very similar to the United States.
Manshots: What did you like best about school?
Paulik: The intermissions.
Manshots: Recess?
Duroy: Recess, yes.
Manshots: What did you like the least?
Paulik: Exams, especially the written exams. Most of the exams are oral exams, and it's very individual.
Manshots: Were you popular or a loner in school?
Paulik: I was rarely a loner. I had a lot of friends, and I could get along always with everybody.
Manshots: Who was your best friend, say, in junior high school?
Paulik: It's difficult to tell who was the best friend, because I had a lot of friends and I enjoyed all of them. Maybe the only one who was a little bit closer was Tomas, who is one of the boys working here in the office.
Manshots: Why was he your best friend?
Paulik: He was a neighbor's kid, so we lived very close to each other. And we both went to the same sports club. And we would go biking together, whatever, so that's probably why.
Manshots: When did you lose your virginity?
Duroy: He was a dancer, as you know.
Paulik: (ProudIy, in English) I am dancer. (Then in translation) It was on a weekend seminar. We would live together and have intensive training for one week. So I met this girl. I'm still fucking her.
Manshots: How did it happen?
Paulik: It happened in the training room in front of the mirrors. In the night, everybody slept, and she was sitting on the table, and I was standing in front of her. I lifted up her dress. Both of us were completely dressed when it happened.
Manshots: Tell us about your interest in dance. How did that evolve?
Paulik: At the beginning of my dancing, I was about fifteen years old. Then a friend from the school would bring me to the dance club, would introduce me, and as it happens, one day, the other boy didn't come.
Manshots: What sort of dancing?
Paulik: Ballroom dancing.
Manshots: How did you discover you were good at dancing?
Paulik: I don't know, because I think that what makes the dancer is a lot of pain and hard work The thing that kept me out there for such a long time was that I found very good friends there. So it was very good for me, and I felt very good about the people. That's where I was introduced to the major things in my life, like girls and alcohol and cigarettes.
Manshots: Did you ever have any desire to become a professional dancer?
Paulik: Yeah. I still am a professional dancer later now in my life. But I was never interested in ballet dancing.
Manshots: Did you ever think about becoming a dancer on t.v. or films?
Paulik: (In EngIish) Like Patrick Swayze.
Manshots: How did you get into films with George Duroy?
Duroy: He thinks that I can answer that better than he would. I was still working as a producer for a major theatre, and I'd seen him in a dance show. I took notice of him, so later on, I needed somebody for one show to sing, "Lollipop" with three other boys. I needed somebody who would dance and sing it, and I remembered him from these competitions. I went there and asked him if he would like to do it. Then I was not doing porn; I was still in regular show business. That's how we met and we were in touch then, basically, all the time, and later, when I started to shoot porno, I asked him to do stills.
Manshots: What was your reaction when he asked you to pose?
Paulik: That I would never do anything like this.
Manshots: What did Mr. Duroy ask you to do the first time?
Paulik: That I make the test photographs with him. After the first photo session, he claimed that I was too thin and childlike, that I looked too young, so he couldn't shoot me.
Duroy: That might have been true, because he still looks much younger than he is. But two years ago, he looked like he was fourteen. That's probably right. I opted not to work with him.
Paulik: Later on, basically, George asked me about filming, about doing a solo, but I didn't want to do that much.
Manshots: Before you started making movies, did you think of yourself as being very modest, very shy?
Paulik: (Shyly) Yes, I was very shy in the beginning.
Duroy: It took me quite a long time to convince him to do it.
Manshots: Did you ever think about someone looking at your dick?
Paulik: I'd never, ever thought about it before.
Manshots: Why do you think it happened then?
Paulik: (Laughter) The money!
Manshots: Of course, money is always the primary reason, but there have to be others. Do you know what they are?
Paulik: The primary reason, of course, was the money, but there was also curiosity of how it looks, because I'd never seen a shoot like this. So there was this state of new experience and sort of adventure in it. So that was the second reason why I did it.
Manshots: Do you think that it had anything to do with the fact that, as you've said already, you wish you had a better body, you wish you had a bigger dick? Is making videos a way of saying, "I do have a good body. I do have a big dick"?
Paulik: I didn't think about this kind of thing at all then. I started to think about my body and that I look good, whatever, when I'd seen other boys, so maybe that was when I realized that they're bigger or they have bigger dicks. But the only primary reason I did it was for easy son of money.
Manshots: Once you decided to make a film, were you nervous?
Paulik: Same as Lukas, I didn't think about it too much. I didn't pay much attention, because if there's a problem, so what? I was just supposed to do a solo in Sauna Paradiso. I was supposed to watch other boys and to jack off. I told myself, "It can't be any problem to jack off in front of camera. I'm doing it all the time by myself." I didn't think about acting and whatever. I didn't pay attention to it, and only later on, during the shoot, George tried to convince me and change the script for me to do more than a solo.
Manshots: How did you react when he suggested that you do more?
Paulik: I was watching boys do it all the time, so it wasn't so strange to me anymore.
Duroy: And that was when I told him I would double his fee if he would do more than a solo.
Manshots: That was attractive to you?
Paulik: Naturally.
Manshots: When was the first time a man put his lips on your dick?
Paulik: The first person to suck my dick was either Dano Sulik or Daniel Valent, one of them, and it was on the set of Sauna Paradiso. I never did it with boy before that.
Manshots: Had you ever thought about the difference between a man and a woman sucking your dick?
Paulik: Huh uh. No, I never thought about having sex with another boy.
Manshots: Do you remember when it happened, anything about it?
Paulik: Since they were doing it, I was determined to do it. As they did it, I was trying to imagine how the girl would do it. He would do it the same way.

Manshots: And yet you were?
Paulik: Yeah.

Manshots: Do you remember your reactions to them?
Duroy: I doubt that he will remember.
Paulik: My first impression was that they were regular boys, as I am. They have same reason to shoot as I have.
Manshots: What did you think of their personalities?
Paulik: I don't remember what kind of impressions I had. The only impression that I have is that they were better prepared to do it than I was.
Manshots: They had had more experience?
Paulik: They had had more experience.
Manshots: Are you now friends with Dano Sulik?
Paulik: Yes.
Manshots: How did that friendship evolve over time?
Paulik: The reason I like the pleasure to work with Dano is because he's employed with the company and goes on the shoots with us and comes to the office. He's closer than other boys who come to the office, because we are quite close to George, and so we would go out. But I don't think I'm closer to Dano than the other boys.
Manshots: Once the first film was over, how did you feel? Did you think that this was a change in your life?
Paulik: No. I didn't think I would ever repeat it again after finishing film.
Manshots: Why?
Paulik: Because the general opinion about this business is so negative. It could influence me.
Manshots: Come back to haunt you?
Paulik: No, not really. I thought it was one-time thing. I would do it, and that would be the end of it. Nobody would ever hear of it anymore.
Manshots: What made you change your mind?
Paulik: Probably the main reason was that it gave me a better standard of living than I would have otherwise.
Manshots: That's a given. How long was it before you did another scene?
Paulik: It would take almost a year before I shot another scene. It was Lukas' Story. Because between Sauna Paradiso and Lukas, there was only the train film, Pleasure Express, which I didn't work in.
Duroy: We shoot only two films in the same season.
Manshots: Tell us about the first time you met Lukas Ridgeston, and what were your impressions of him?
Duroy: He doesn't remember, and I don't remember either. Lukas was just one of many boys coming to the office. He was just one of the herd.
Paulik: The only thing I can say is that I enjoyed the experience with him.
Manshots: It's my impression that you are very outgoing and effervescent and Lukas is very shy, initially, and reserved. How did you feel about that?
Paulik: When I was filming with Lukas, Lukas was in the same mood as me. He wasn't any more reserved and shy. It was very easy to work with him, so I wouldn't say that Lukas was overly reserved with me.
Manshots: Did you have a preliminary date with Lukas before connecting on camera, as Duroy usually arranges for his models?
Duroy: They met in my house. There was trouble because Lukas had troubles with hard-on, which was sort of upsetting for all of us, because we didn't know if we were going to have that trouble on the set.
Manshots: Did you have problems?
Paulik: It's very, very rare for him to have an erection problem. He had this kind of problem only when he is sick, gets cold or something.
Manshots: Can you tell us about that date? Who got fucked?
Paulik: I think it was Lukas, but I don't really remember.
Manshots: When was the first time you ever got fucked?
Paulik: It was by Lukas in Lukas' Story.
Manshots: So, on the date it hadn't worked, and the first time you ever were fucked was on camera?
Paulik: Yes, because the date didn't work and we didn't have more time for preparation. So we went on with start of filming, and on the set it worked perfectly.
Manshots: Why do you think it worked on the set and not in private?
Paulik: You should ask Lukas.
Manshots: Were things any different on the set than at the rehearsal?
Duroy: There might be very simple reasons, which Lukas didn't tell us - like he might have had sex very short time before he arrived at my house or something like that, which we never asked him. Because later on, he would feel more responsiblity and all of a sudden, it worked perfectly well.
Manshots: Which part of the scene did you like best?
Paulik: When Lukas was giving me head.
Manshots: Does Lukas give good head?
Paulik: (In English) Very impressed!
Manshots: Would you elaborare?
Paulik: First, I always thought the best cocksucker in the world was my girlfriend, but I was very impressed by Lukas because he did very good job too. The worst thing about Lukas sucking me was it gave me a lot of worry that l'd come too early.
Manshots: Going into the scene, you knew that you were going to get fucked. Do you remember the moment, both physically and mentally?
Paulik: If there was any problem, it was more physical problem than mental problem, because I was prepared to do it - but it was first time I would have dick up my ass, so it was not exactly easy.
Manshots: Did you ever think that you should try getting fucked before the filming?
Paulik: No. Nowhere but on the set. Anal sex, especially passive anal sex, was something that would never appeal to me that much. I have no trouble with anal sex, but I prefer to be top.
Manshots: What is the difference between fucking a man and fucking a woman?
Paulik: The answer is very basic: one is girl, one is boy.
Duroy: Because his preference is girls, he enjoys more with girls. Even though he doesn't want to tell, with boys he might enjoy the experience, too.
Manshots: After the filming was over, did you feel the way you had after the first one - that this would be the last time you'd ever perform on film?
Paulik: I was looking for somebody to fuck me again.
Duroy: He's being sarcastic. The truth is that what caused major problem and still does a little bit is that he has some kind of trouble with his prostate, and it hurt him. So that's where the problem was, but on the other hand, from what I can see now, he's handling it very well.
Manshots: What was your next film after Lukas' Story?
Paulik: The Plowboys.
Manshots: What is it like to fuck in a haystack?
Paulik: It was quite hard, because it was a very hot day, but it was quite comfortable because of the blanket in the hay. I liked the location and the other boy (Palo Cernak).
Manshots: What was the difference between sex with Palo and with Lukas?
Paulik: There were two major differeonces. First was - Palo was even more relaxed during the shoot, so it was easy to work with him. And it was better because I was on top.
Manshots: What is the difference between kissing a man and kissing a woman?
Paulik: Who can explain? I think it's different with my girlfriend than with boys. It's just a matter of feeling, more than anything else. But I don't think it's more unpleasant with boys than with girls.
Manshots: The next one was Lukas 2. Tell us about the boat.
Paulik: I wasn't over there when the party was over there, so the only thing I can answer is how I liked the boy I was with (Peter Sidow).
Manshots: How did you feel about him?
Paulik: He did actually only one fuck, because one week after the shoot, he left for the army. He's coming back next month. But I liked him a lot. He was very sweet personality and very easy to work with. And again, it changed a lot for me, because I was on top.
Manshots: In Siberian Heat you were also on top. Anything special about that production?
Paulik: It was more about laughing than about sex. It was difficult for me because a few of us kept teasing each other all the time. It was probably the most relaxed of all the shoots.
Manshots: Your scene was with Kristofer Holik.
Paulik: We Iiked each other a lot. We were arguing about who should be top and who should be bottom. Kristofer lost because he couldn't get hard enough to make it.
Manshots: I hear you've recently made your first trip to America.
Paulik: (Laughter) I loved every minute of it, and I'll never forget this trip because everything was completely new for me. I was just shocked by New York, because of all the buildings and the people and the power of the city.
Manshots: What was your favorite experience in New York?
Paulik: The experience I will remember most was the airplane, because l was sick all the time.
Manshots: Had you ever been on an airplane before?
Paulik: It was my first time. I was not airsick, but I had eaten something the day before.
Manshots: Ptomaine poisoning?
Paulik: Yes. I was sick for the first two days. We were staying in The Plaza in the same suite where Home Alone 2 was filmed. So it was quite impressive for me.
Manshots: If George Duroy were asked to make a film in America, would you beg him to take you?
Paulik: That's for sure.
Manshots: Have you ever seen any American pornography?
Paulik: (In English) Never saw.
Manshots: Are there any stars you'd like to work with?
Duroy: He doesn't know any stars.
Paulik: (In English) I'm not interested in that.
Manshots: Will you be fucked again on film?
Paulik: There is good chance, yes - but it's much better topping.
