The only thing that would bother me is if you do something that someone else asked me a few months ago. He wanted to take the KOR manga translations, edit them into photocopies of the manga (that is, white-out the Japanese and type it over in English), and post these "English-edition" manga pages on his Web site. Major copyright infringement! I urged him not to, and I *think* he didn't. > I actually have a query/question. I noticed that in the translations > you translate Miki's name as 'light' and 'pray'. Well, it's not a "translation" of her name. It's just a couple of meanings of her two kanji characters that make up "Miki". Well, I suppose it's like looking up the "meaning" of "Craig" and finding out it means something like "crag-dweller". -_- > Some time ago, I'd looked at the kanji for her name on the credits > of the TV series (and movie) and came up 'bright/light' and > 'rare' (or something like that, it's actually been a while since > I looked it up). I just used the kanji I saw in the manga. Let's see. Yes, it's the in = hope, but it's also the in = rare. I work to earn the money I use to buy my manga, and am not about to let others get the same benifit for free.
