Are the translations for the remaining three volumes available? Boy, I hope so. I was asked to write an article on the series and my Japanese language capabilities are nonexistant. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Why were you asked to write an article about material that is in a language that you don't understand? And even when asked, why did you agree? :) I dunno when your due date for the article might be, but it took us many months to get this far. I wouldn't count on us being done anytime soon. Personally, I'm hoping for finishing before year's end...what do the rest of you think? ANd just out of curiosity, how long has it been since we started anyway? :) And what are we doing next? :) :) PH -- Paul Hirose : pthirose@ucdavis.edu : I don't speak for UC Davis, or Engr: ACS : Programmer/Analyst : ACS unless specified otherwise 1039 Academic Surge : Fax (916) 752-4465 :------------------------------- Davis, CA 95616-8770 : Voice (916) 752-7181 : Motto: rm -fr /my/life From jhedge@waterw.com Sat Jul 27 00:35:01 1996 Received: from water.waterw.com by soyokaze.biosci.ohio-state.edu (8.7.1/1.950110) id AAA19081; Sat, 27 Jul 1996 00:34:59 GMT Received: by water.waterw.com (5.65/DEC-Ultrix/4.3) id AA13639; Fri, 26 Jul 1996 20:35:34 -0400 Date: Fri, 26 Jul 1996 20:35:34 -0400 Message-Id: <9607270035.AA13639@water.waterw.com> X-Sender: jhedge@waterw.com X-Mailer: Windows Eudora Version 1.4.4 Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" To: mboy-trans@soyokaze.biosci.ohio-state.edu From: jhedge@waterw.com (Jeanne Hedge) Subject: Re: Help!/Marmalade Boy translation Paul Hirose asked: >I dunno when your due date for the article might be, but it took us >many months to get this far. Since we're just half-way done in about 9 months, unless things pick up I think the end of the year might be a little optimistic (I wish it could be done that quickly though :) Jeanne Hedge jhedge@waterw.com ==================== 75512.1214@compuserve.com "Vote early and vote often." -- Al Capone (1899-1947) ============ http://www.accsyst.com/jhedge/main.htm ============
