OK, I'm going to step in with another minor suggestion here... I figure 
I'll probably wait on making particularly salient commentary until I have 
the manga in hand... although here I am making suggestions on facial 
expressions in the manga. So I guess that shoots my reasoning all to 
H-E-double hockey sticks... =)

Anyway, my previous suggestion of the word "exasperated" was a response 
to a general call for an expression description, not meant to be taken 
for that one particular frame in question.

For the expression that crosses one's face when someone has said 
something to make you raise one eyebrow in an "Oh brother"-ly fashion, 
the word that comes to my mind is: quizzical. But I think any variant on 
the confused theme might work.
