An oriental-style cook-at-the-table dinner

Ingredients

(Serves 4)

Procedure

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add all vegetables except spinach. Cook a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Pour broth and soy over vegetables. Stir. Add spinach and beef.
  3. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve hot over rice.

Rating


Difficulty: easy, but preparation tedious.
Time: 45 minutes preparation, 10 minutes cooking.
Precision: no need to measure.
