My mother makes this; she got the recipe from a friend.
- 1 cup soft butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to
Beat butter and vanilla until foamy.
Add dry ingredients and blend. Do not overstir.
Spoon onto an ungreased pan.
until done (10-20 minutes depending on thickness)
5 minutes preparation, 20 minutes cooking and cooling.
