A marinade for any cut of lamb
Ingredients(Makes 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup salad or olive oil
- 2 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp crushed rosemary leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp onion salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp instant minced garlic
Marinate lamb overnight.
5 minutes preparation.
no need to measure.
