Restaurant-style cheesecake

Ingredients

(one cheesecake)

Crust

Cake

filling

Procedure

  1. Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan. Bake 10 minutes at 200C
  2. Combine filling ingredients; mix well, and pour into baked crust.
  3. Bake at 225C for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Reduce to 100C for 1 hour.

Rating


Difficulty: easy to moderate.
Time: 30 minutes preparation, 1 hour baking.
Precision: measure the ingredients.
