PEANUT BUTTER BON BONS

Chocolate and peanutbutter holiday treat

Ingredients

(3-4 dozen)

1.5 kg powdered sugar
500 g butter
400 g crunchy peanut butter
500 g chocolate chips
200 g block paraffin

Procedure

Mix together the sugar and peanut butter in a bowl. Melt the butter, and pour it over this mixture. Stir and knead until smooth.
Roll into walnut-sized balls.
Melt together the chocolate chips and paraffin over water.
Dip balls into chocolate coating, set on waxed paper to harden.

Time: 15 minutes.
